Subscription Details and Termination

In the case of courses or learning materials available online, access is subscription based. In that case, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your plan at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. At that time, you will have the opportunity to opt-out before the new subscription plan takes effect.
To cancel your subscription, go into your user profile and select cancel subscription.

Refund

Refunds are possible within 14 days of buying. To request a refund, email at info@kwiid.com. Please note that the process can take several days.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Moreover, we should not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the courses provided on this website. service interruption, system failure or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services procured from us including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our services or content.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our services will be
accurate or reliable and will not be held liable for communications or interactions with other
third persons or parties with whom you may communicate or interact with as a result of your use of our website.

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
